Description
Enjoy a sausage sizzle after sunset when in Broken Hill for stargazing. Hosted at Outback Astronomy’s Sky Dome Cafe prior to the scheduled event.
Price includes an expected average consumption per person as follows:

- Up to two sausages, tomato sauce, in bread slices, with onions caramelised on the BBQ
- A can of lemonade or sparkling mineral water
- Icecream chaser!
Breathe in the fresh air from our sky deck and enjoy the local birds doing their end of day tasks in the nearby gum trees.
Cafe and bar service also available. Vegetarian and GF options available.
We have allowed an hour for this light snack before your sky show, however, we can advise on the day via our text messaging service whether you could arrive, for example, 30 minutes earlier or later, depending upon numbers of persons expected. You will need to book this sizzle into your diary at least a day in advance as the sizzle will drop off the calendar 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
