Special terms and conditions

Our terms and conditions are published online and apply, otherwise where there is a difference, the following terms and conditions take precedence.

Full payment in advance for all guests is required.

No refunds if any moving clouds due to inclusion of dinner service. Once we have committed to proceed, if there is cloud, the sky show may involve telescope viewing only. Please note that weather forecasts are supplied by external service providers. We try to make the best decisions possible based on forecasts supplied.

If rain is forecast or threatens, we will endeavour to make a decision on whether to proceed 48 hours before the start of the event. If we need to fully cancel this means your payment will be refunded in full. It is not possible to refund less than 48 hours before the start of the event.

If we see reason to do so we attempt to liaise with guests about the weather three days prior to the event. It is very important that all guests supply an accurate mobile phone number for contact during this time. Failure to do so may result in disappointment or financial penalties, including loss of right to receive a full refund due to poor weather.
